You have the option to make changes to your order under specific conditions:
If your order is a personalized product, if the product is not made, it will still be possible to change it.
**If your product is a personalized product and it has already been made, it will not be possible to change your order**!
Order Status ”Processing”: If your order is in the ”Processing” status and has not yet advanced to the ‘order complete’ stage, you can request changes to your order. This includes modifying the items in your order, updating the shipping address, or making other adjustments as needed.
If your Order Status ”Order Complete”: Once your order reaches the ‘order complete’ status, indicating that it has been shipped, making changes becomes more challenging we probably won’t be able to change anything in your order, but it’s worth your while to try and contact us via phone or email as soon as possible!
