Natani developed his own sculpture techniques, crafting materials as diverse as plastic and ceramics, and baking them in a kiln. Yigal Natani was inspired on a human level by the culture and experiences of Ashkenazi Jews from Eastern Europe. His art reflects the profound effect that this ethnic group had on his own psyche. Yigal is a bold and original artist and an unconventional thinker. He is also committed to teaching, and ensuring that Israel produces a new generation of sculptors, with the creativity and confidence to find their own artistic directions.
