The free shipping offer is for air mail standard shipping only. Your merchandise total for each shipping address must exceed $1,000 after any coupons or promotions are applied. Merchandise total does not include fees or sales tax. Please Note: If your order is shipping to multiple addresses, only individual shipments that exceed $1,000 will receive free shipping.
For orders of more than 1 product, you will only be charged for one shipping and cost will be the cost of the most expensive from them, let’s say for example you order a kosher mezuzah scroll and Candlesticks and the shipping cost of the mezuzah scroll is 9.99$ and cost of the shipping of the Candlesticks is 30$ so the cost of both shipping will be 30$ not 39.99$ As it should be!
After the customer receives an order confirmation by E-MAIL, the estimated delivery time is between one week to three weeks.
(Delivery time is dependant on production processing time and shipping time).
Although we clearly mark our products as religious articles we make no guarantee that customs or other fees will not apply. All such resulting fees in the country of receipt are the customer’s responsibility and the Israeli center of Judaica will not cover them
We are not responsible for delivery delays due to severe weather, natural disasters, or strikes, and some carriers may experience delays during the holiday season. We are also not responsible due to delays caused by customs and/or border control.

Once your product is shipped, we will update you with the tracking number.
With the help of the tracking number, you will know at every stage where your product is.
