We offer international shipping worldwide
We have two main types of deliveries:

1. Standard delivery that takes between 7 and 14 business days and costs $9 if your purchase amount is  $1,000 or more than $1,000
you get free express shipping from us.

2. Express shipping usually takes between 2-4 business days to arrive anywhere in the world.

the cost of express shipping starts at $30 and up depending on the size and the weight of the item, the maximum amount that we charge for express shipping is $50 the cost that it costs us to ship the items 
If your purchase amount is up to $1,000 you get free express shipping from us

* Our express delivery option includes a lead time of between 2 – 4 business days even to Australia and New Zealand

To the United States we offer a wide range of deliveries at different prices depending on the size of the product and its weight
*We do not make any money from shipping increases, which are simply the increases it costs us!

We always send an email with the tracking number of the order and the name of the shipping company we ship your order

If your tracking number starts with LX, it means that your package was sent through Post office as registered mail, so you can track it on this website: Delivery Tracking

If your tracking number is just numbers For example:

3438412235

This means that your order was ship with DHL express shiping and that you can track your shipment through this link.

Regular Shipping:

it’s a shipping that takes between  2-3 weeks to arrive to the customer’s house. in this type of shipping we are using  registered mail.

Express Shipping:

it’s a shipping that takes between 2-4 days to arrive to the customer’s house.  in this type of shipping we are using DHL express shipping.

If your shipment want missing during shipping, we will take care of it with the shipping company and take care of finding the package.

If your shipment is not found after an investigation by the shipping company, we will send you a new product or refund you the cost of the product considering the customer’s wishes.

If your product arrived damaged as a result of shipping, we will of course exchange the product for you or refund you the cost of the product depending on the customer’s wishes.

If you’ve ordered via registered mail and it’s been more than 4 weeks, or express mail and it’s been over a 7 days since your package was sent off – please contact us so we can look into the possible shipping delay.

Unfortunaetly, sometimes matters such as bad weather conditions or postal strikes are out of our control. We appreciate your patience in these uncommon situations!
