Personalized items, such as name necklaces, engraved items For example: Kiddush cups, Kiddush cup plates, trays, candlesticks or any other product that has an engraving. The product cannot be canceled or returned. in addtion Kiddush cups with a sawed and welded name or any special requested items, cannot be refunded or returned under any circumstances.
Additionally, products returned to us damaged due to shipping or faulty packaging by the customer cannot be refunded.
